I’m a Specialist Wellness Counsellor based in Cape Town, working with women who’ve spent a long time holding it all together and are ready to stop doing it alone — new parents, women in life transitions, anyone quietly carrying more than they let on.

My approach goes beneath the surface: we explore the beliefs and patterns behind what you’re feeling, and reconnect you to your body, your intuition, and your voice. This isn’t just you talking, I’ll offer practical tools you can use in real life, so you feel the change, not just understand it.
